Brian Hennessey
Brian has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 36 years. He has a broad range of experience from, commercial brokerage, acquisition/disposition executive for a major investor and his investment firm.
He syndicated 350,000 square feet of office properties in Houston, Texas with a five-building office portfolio with over 60 tenants which included, ITT Technical School, CVS Pharmacy Regional Offices, and other major and notable tenants. He added an additional $700,000 in rental income the first 16 months of ownership and maintained over 80% occupancy during the 37-month hold.
With over $2Billion in sale and lease transactions during his career, a wealth of experience and lessons were acquired.
As a tenant rep broker, he has represented Bank of America, The Walt Disney Company and Baxter Healthcare on several assignments.
He is also the author of three commercial real estate books including, “The Due Diligence Handbook for Commercial Real Estate”, a #1 Bestseller on Amazon, “The How to Add Value Handbook for Commercial Real Estate” and “The Residential Agent’s Handbook for Commercial Real Estate”.
He speaks regularly at several real estate organizations and institutions such as, University of San Diego, Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate, University of California, Los Angeles Extension, CCIM and many Boards of Realtors and investor groups.

Robert A. Bianchi

Robert A. Bianchi is a Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years of experience. Mr. Bianchi holds numerous degrees, inclusive of being Magna Cum Laude, at B.S. Business Administration/Accounting at CSU Dominguez Hills, as well as Golden Gate University and USC in Advanced Taxation Curriculum In International Tax Studies and Research, Civil Engineering | Construction Project Management degree at Fairleigh Dickenson University, the University of Miami, the University of New Mexico and Pierce College. Robert is a distinguished speaker for the USC Marshall School of Business, providing instruction on Accounting Principles, Financial Visualization Tools, Business Plan writing, and raising capital. Robert has provided tax, accounting, and management advisory services to a multitude of individuals and companies, including SAAS, high technology, digital media, real estate, construction, healthcare, professional services, manufacturing, and more. Robert Bianchi is a principal of California CPA Group, Inc. and specializes in CFO Services, Business Development and Taxation & Finance. Robert has been involved in numerous business operation ventures with strategic exits ranging from $5,000,000 to $240,000,000.
Jorge Yamzon

Jorge’s expertise covers various disciplines of commercial real estate, including industrial, office, multi- family, retail, and development. His 20+ years of commercial real estate includes over 8 years as an institutional commercial lender, Viking Commercial Properties Services, giving him a keen eye for all the attributes lenders want to see in a commercial property they’re lending on. He has been involved with many portfolio sales and portfolio acquisitions of industrial properties.
Jock Ebner
Senior Asset Manager
Jock Ebner is a Principal and President of Morlin Asset Management, LP. He has his Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owner’s and Manager’s Association (BOMA) and was the Chairman of the Board of BOMA Greater Los Angeles in 2018. He directs the daily operation of the company to include property and facility management, leasing, and construction management for a portfolio of commercial assets in excess of 4 million square feet. Jock has extensive experience in the management of significant high-rise and medical office, retail, and industrial assets. Additionally, he has leasing experience that includes both tenant and landlord representation with transactions ranging from 1,000 square feet to over 200,000 square feet, as well as construction management experience on multi-million dollar projects.
Marika Erdely

Marika is a member of our team. It is considered essential data in our due diligence of investment properties to know how and where we can optimize savings and increase efficiencies with energy usage.
Marika Erdely is the founder and CEO of Green EconoME, a full-service Energy Consulting and Construction Company located in Santa Monica, CA.
Green EconoME’s services include:
- Energy Disclosure compliance for the City of LA (EBEWE) and the State of CA (AB 802)
- Energy audits
- Design and installation of energy and water saving retrofits
- LEDs, HVAC control, energy monitoring, window film, EV charging

Marika acquired her Contractors License B (#1001368) in 2007 and C-10 in 2018. Marika is a LEED AP BD+C (Building Design and Construction), a Certified Energy Auditor and a Fitwel Ambassador. Marika holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BA in Business Economics from UCSB.
