Broker Incentives for WRP Referral Program

Westridge Realty Partners believes in rewarding brokers and agents who refer potential investment opportunities.  They are the lifeblood of the industry and should be rewarded properly for helping us grow our portfolio. We want to offer you every reason to want to think of us first, before you take your off-market properties, investment opportunities or your listings to another investor or investment firm.

Here are some reasons WHY you want to do business with us:

  • We will pay your commission, so you can give the seller a ‘Net’ Offer for an off-market property
  • We will put you in the transaction with us, so you have a stake in the investment
  • We will let you list and sell the property for us when we put it back on the market for sale
  • We will cover your representation and use you as our agent to purchase it, in the event the property gets listed with another broker after you introduce the opportunity to us or if it’s listed, and we have not yet seen it with another broker *(We register properties submitted with whoever introduces it to us first.)
  • We respond quickly to ALL submissions.  ALL properties submitted are considered CONFIDENTIAL
